Credit Terms

• Net 30 days on customers with open accounts in good standing.
• Credit applications are available upon request.
• Place your order, submit credit application and order will be entered upon approval of application.  A open account will be established for future orders.
• Sterling Scale accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Freight Charges

• All pricing is FOB Southfield, Michigan and does not include shipping or special handling.  Unless specified, all common carrier deliveries are shipped Best Way Freight Collect.
• Any orders requiring export are subject to special handling, packaging, insurance, shipping procedures and customs regulations charges, crating, all of which are extra to be quoted before your order is processed.

Taxes

• All pricing is subject to state, federal or local taxes, if applicable.

Return Policy

• A return authorization number must accompany each item returned or shipments will be refused.
• An RMA# (Return Authorization Number) must be marked clearly on the outside of the container or shipping label.
• Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
