Counting Scales are used to convert the weight of a piece into count information which makes it a critical tool for counting high volumes of identical parts.  | Model 825 Counting Scale The Model 825 Counting Scale is easy to use, accurate and dependable. The 825 can count parts weighing in grams, kilograms, ounces or pounds. Features include a sample scale to determine the correct amount of samples to use for an accurate count and automatic dual range resolution for counting light parts. Count is displayed on an easy to read fiber optic backlit LCD display. With optional circuitry a second scale platform can be connected to expand counting range. The weight indicator has the same features a an DW800-N1 ABS and is mounted to the front of one of our very beefy SC Platform or can be to a 16” optional indicator post mounted to the back of the unit or just mounted on one of your control panel walls. |

 | Smartbase "SB" Series Embedded Bench Scale The Smartbase “SB” series embedded bench platform is part of a “State of the Art” imbedded circuitry that allows data to stream to a remote location via RS232 Output or any of the commucation options (i.e. Ethernet, DeviceNet or Profibus). An optional hand held display can be provided to allow the operator to view weighing sequences or the unit can be controlled at the remote location. This allows higher security and control. |
